Her systemic approach to inclusive travel has led to ground-breaking milestones within the airline industry, including the integration of sign language into aviation safety communications and the deployment of braille resources for visually impaired travelers.
Her trailblazing advocacy has earned her prestigious international recognition, including being named the Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year 2025 – Kenya at the Global Business Awards and receiving the Bronze Warrior Award for her
impactful commitment to disability mainstreaming in the workplace and society. Furthermore, her exceptional ability to bridge commercial aviation infrastructure with deep social impact was celebrated at the highest corporate level when she was named First Runners-Up Employee of the Year at the 2024 CEO Awards.
