I am working as an Advisor to Minister (Ministry of Tourism). My educational background is: B.A Tourism development & Economics, M.A Hotel and Tourism Management, MSc in climate change and development from Hawasa university-wando Gannet college of Forestry and Natural resources. I have an experience of more than 15 years in Tourism and Hospitality industry at different position and Level (from higher expert to Managerial position at regional and National level. I have relevant experience and academic research work regarding the topic ‘’ Accountable Destination Planning and Management – Inclusive, resilient, and responsibly managed tourism destinations ‘’ specifically I want address ‘’Community based Tourism Model Challenges and Future measures in wanci Dandi- eco-tourism destination- one of our ionic destination in Ethiopia.
